This violation resulted not only in a federal lawsuit (which the school settled) but also in an official report that found that a culture of intimidation rife in the schools School of Social Work. For instance, many students and faculty stated a fear of voicing differing opinions from the instructor or colleague, and bullying was used by both students and faculty to characterize specific faculty. The 12-minute documentary features interviews with Brooker, faculty at MSU involved in the case, and Missouri state legislator Jane Cunningham.

I just want players to understand that it's not worth your education, or worth the legal trouble of possessing paintball guns on a campus where they are not allowed. And just because a high school or college has a paintball club, doesn't mean that you can carry your fully loaded paintball gun to class with you every day. Yes, hundreds of colleges across the US have paintball clubs and recieve university funding. But there is a right, and a wrong way to go about this. You only get one chance to make a first impression. If you are not an organized person who is good at presenting crazy ideas in a professional manner, DONT DO IT!! Get help or let someone else do it. When in doubt, don't push the subject, and just play paintball. You do not need the approval of your university or high school to have your own club. Students form car clubs, eating clubs, drinking clubs, video game clubs, frisbee clubs, there are thousands of "unofficial clubs" that have a great time every weekend without the meddling of administration. From my experience, for as much effort as it takes to get university funding for as little money you get, you're better off just holding a car wash. Hope this helps

In 1983 Mr. Lane won First Prize of the International Clarinet Competition performing this work at the International Clarinet Convention held in Denver, Colorado. This performance was given in 1988 with Pianist Laura Kennedy at Wichita State University, Wichita, Kansas. Mr. Lane studied with Stanley Drucker and Leon Russianoff at the Juilliard School and Sidney Forrest at the National Music Camp (Interlochen, Michigan). A special thanks to W. James Jones for making this concert possible. Mr. Lane studied with Dr. Jones during his high school years in Wichita, Kansas and would later win First Prize in the Naftzger Young Artists' Competition in 1976. After graduating from the university he serves in mandatory military service of South Korea. In the military he also forms a group band and takes it as the main vocal of the group. After serving in military (about year 2005) he gets into Korea's one of the best rock group "Boowhal" as the main vocal in his first audition.
